"I recently had Rusty cater a family event and Nana was a huge help in putting together our order. She double-checked everything with her supervisor to ensure we had enough food. Nana was kind, helpful, and thorough throughout the entire process. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. The team went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly during the event. I am extremely thankful for their exceptional service and assistance. I highly recommend this catering service. Food: 5/5"

"These people are crooks. I came two days in a row for the Bandito drinks the first time I ordered two frozen they said they no longer have frozen only on the rocks. I then ask for them on the rocks without the ice. They filled the 8oz cup with Bandito and I checked out. The next day I came in I ask for another two on the rocks w/o ice and jokily said i know it sounds weird but i normally like frozen but you guys don't have that. The lady responded and said we do have it today. I responded with happiness and said well let me get two frozen and one on the rocks w/o ice for my husband. They made what I requested. The next day I sent my husband in to purchase the same thing 1 frozen and two on the rocks w/o ice. He came home and said they charged him double for each drink because he didn't want ice. They indicated if we fill the cup up w/o ice it'll be extra. If he didn't want the extra charge they will only fill the cup up half way. The menu says 8oz the WHOLE cup is 8oz. I disputed the charges for this illegal activity and will report to the BBB and contact whoever is the owner of this location."

"This restaurant has exceptionally friendly staff. The unlimited chips are definitely a highlight. The ingredients are fresh, and even though the fried chicken tacos may seem like an unusual pairing, they are surprisingly delicious."

"I went to the Mansfield location for the first time and everything was great. So I had a taste for their chorizo tacos and decided to try this location instead. I was the only customer at the time but there were no staff present as I entered. So I walked up to the counter and figured they don’t know that someone has come in, but as I stepped up to the counter, I could see all the staff in the back room. There was one washing dishes and he saw me then a lady looked out the door and turned back around continued talking. Leaving me there to either wait until they were done or wasn’t going to serve me at all. I was very disappointed. I left without being helped."

"I had an excellent experience at the restaurant! I absolutely loved the BBQ #11 BBQ Brisket; it was delicious and came with a fantastic BBQ sauce. The Dynamite Shrimp Taco was also incredible, with an amazing sauce that I couldn't get enough of. I wish they offered the option to add extra sauce! Overall, a great meal."
