"I visited the restaurant around 5 PM on a weekday. Shortly after I placed my order, I overheard the waiter telling the table behind me that they were out of chicken pie. I waited for him to inform me, but it took him another 10-15 minutes to say anything, and by that time, he claimed he had just found out. During that wait, he mostly stood at the front chatting with a coworker, and they weren’t busy at all. I also ended up canceling my order for a brownie sundae because they were out of brownies too. On a previous visit one weekend morning, even though it was crowded, the food and service were much better. A piece of advice: if you see a restaurant with few cars parked outside during busy times, it might be wise to rethink dining there. There could be a good reason for that."
