"It’s a great big open space with nice decor, though the music is a bit louder than it needs to be, especially at lunchtime. As for the menu, there’s an array of vegan comfort food options to choose from. I had a sandwich, whose ingredients were decent, although the homemade bread just seemed like regular white bread (see photo). Would be nice to have some other options like multigrain, sourdough and even flourless bread. And also, another critique I have that is also true of many vegan restaurants so it is not reflected in my star rating — the menu is inadequate when it comes to whole food options. You would think a vegan restaurant would offer more than comfort food, which tasty but is full of salt, sugar, and oil. Would be great if they could have some plates without the processed/high salt/high oil foods, like a macro plate with steamed veggies, a whole grain and beans and a tahini sauce or something like that. Also, there is barely anything in the way of salad. I thought it was cool with the sandwich that I could get a four dollar salad, but it was just some Romain lettuce with a few pieces of kale. I think they can do better and a place like this, in addition to all the tasty processed food options, should include some healthy dishes that don’t have all the salt, oil and sugar. There is a whole section of the menu devoted to gluten-free, which often means yet more highly processed food, so on their huge menu why not have a section devoted to whole food/healthy options? Even though the stuff they have is well executed and decent, I simply feel they can do more. Veganism and healthy food do not have to be mutually exclusive, but unfortunately, so many vegan offerings out there consist of junk food pretending to be “healthy.” And lastly, with tax and tip for two people lunch came to $70. They don’t have any lunch special and I think they really should because it’s pricey. And I paid $22 for a moderately sized sandwich with some greens. I feel that I should have gotten a bit more for the money. nevertheless, overall, the food was pretty good and I would go back."

"My SO and I, both African-American, decided to get lunch takeout from the Alpharetta location today (10/24). It would be our first visit and a very unpleasant experience. This will be our last visit.  We both knew what we wanted to order, because wereviewed the menu online. We arrive around 1230. The restaurant was empty. Three caucasian females entered the establishmentdirectly following our arrival and were therefore in line behind us to order. The staff member (a female with dark brown hairand wears a nose ring) came from the back. She met me at the register with an unfriendly and unpleasant demeanor. Her attitudetowards us was cold and unfriendly as if we were not welcome at the restaraunt. She did not ask to take our order or greet us.Although she said nothing I greeted her with a friendly smile and said hello . While placing my order she continued to projectthis hostile attitude and stare, but remained silent until she stated our total. We paid for the order and seated ourselves. Shethen, with a pleasant and welcoming demeanor, took the 3 females? orders. My spouse and I notice the stark difference betweenthe way we were treated and the three customers following us. The three young ladies stood near the side door.   After approx15 min. The same worker reappeared and proceeded to pleasantly serve all 3 females first. Her demeanor was pleasant and warm andshe thanked them. She then walked away and grabbed our food from the back. She returned to us with the previous cold, distasteful and unwelcoming demeanor that she previously presented to us. When she brought our food, she did not thank us forour patronage, like the previous customers, or say anything. She placed our order on the table in front of me and quickly walkedaway.  She never said thank you. Not one mumble. After discussing this episode with my spouse we both concluded that thedifference in the service we received from this woman compared to the other customers was definitely based upo"

"WARNING: Each smoothie takes 10 minutes or more to make! We pulled up to the drive through nobody in the lobby and three cars in front of us that has already ordered. Place an order for two smoothies. Waited almost 15 minutes for the first car (the one thathad been at the window when we ordered) to get their smoothie. Second car took an additional 10 minutes to get their singlesmoothie. third car took 11 minutes to get their single smoothie. Finally get to the window after being stuck in thedrive-through (no way to escape since there were cars behind us now) for I kid you not 36 minutes! Wasn 't even acknowledged foranother 3 minutes when we asked if our smoothies were ready. The response No, I 'm sorry we 've been really busy. I 'm not reallyone to get upset especially at workers, but if you work at a place that only makes one thing... Smoothies, and it takes you over10 minutes to make each one, you might want to look for employment elsewhere. May be the DMV or something At minimum theyshould put an estimated wait time on the drive through or at least some sort of warning about the time it takes to prepare eachsmoothie before getting stuck with no way to escape the line. There were two employees working, and after we left without ourorder (refused to wait another 20+ minutes) again nobody was in the lobby. I cannot imagine that making a smoothie realisticallytakes that long, so I can only imagine it is a lack of training the employees. Please for the love of your business, train youremployees correctly. There is no reason that making smoothies should take more than a couple minutes maximum. In the almost hourwe would have waited i could have gone next door to King Soopers, gotten the ingredients to make our smoothies, gone home, madethem ourselves, and had 30 minutes to spare. Judging by the other reviews if you don 't properly train your staff your businesswill fail, take the time to do it right and you might still have a chance to succeed. If not I"
