"I have never dealt with a more reprehensible staff in my life, and I worked in the service industry so that is saying a lot. I called because my pizza was wrong and was told it was my fault for assuming gluten free meant gluten free....huh??? When I attempted to speak to staff about it I was told to lower my voice because I was yelling. I am a trauma therapist. I make my living speaking calmly and clearly. No matter how many times I restated calmly I was yelled at and berated by not one, but TWO staff members for assuming that gluten free meant gluten free. When I calmly requested my money back and suggested they change the misleading description online, I was AGAIN told it was my fault for ordering online and for yelling when I did not raise my voice once. I am putting it everywhere, Google, Yelp, Facebook, everywhere I possibly can. Do NOT support this disgusting business and their incredibly disrespectful staff and manager. we are reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and others for their misleading practices. Dietary restrictions: DON'T EAT HERE. IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGIES AT ALL DO NOT EAT HERE EVER. I have a gluten allergy and ordered the gluten free pizza which was supposed to have loaded potato skins on it. Instead it has French fries that were not in a dedicated fryer. When I tried to call and speak to someone they LITERALLY TOLD ME IT WAS MY FAULT FOR ASSUMING GLUTEN FREE MEANT GLUTEN FREE. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???"
