"Jersey mike's is always a great place to get a good, fresh sub! The only complaint I have about this location is that it seems their oven is turned up too high. I got a sub on rosemary bread today, and it was almost hard as a rock on the outside and looked overdone. It was very tough and chewy while trying to eat the sub. At other locations the bread doesn't look this dark brown. Hopefully they can improve on that in the future. Otherwise the sub would have been fantastic."

"Love Jersey Mike's Subs! Our family has eaten at Jersey Mike's for several years. No matter the location, sandwiches are consistent with presentation and taste. You choose your sandwich from the menu options and as well as your choice of bread; White, Wheat and Rosemary Parmesan. After you order, the meat and cheese is sliced in front of you, which tastes fresher, and the bread is always fresh. My daughter orders a Kid's Turkey, I always get a #7; Turkey and Provolone on Rosemary Parmesan with Mike's Way. By the way, Mike's Way; lettuce, tomato, onion, spices, red wine vinegar and oil, trust me it's perfection! I want one right now, mmmmmm!!! Anyways my husband has his usual which is Jersey Philly Cheese Steak, no it's not a real Philly, which comes with onions, peppers and cheese on Rosemary Parmesan Bread. So, there you have it, great place to get a Sub! Oh, I also want to mention, the restaurant is always clean no matter the location."

"Having grown up in St. Louis where there are many authentic Italian deli's moving to north Texas 20 years ago was really a bust when it comes to deli sandwiches. Jersey Mike's is the closest thing I can get to what I like about St. Louis sandwiches. Love the crunchy style bread. It really is a simple store with a handful of cold cuts and fresh toppings. I usually order the #9 Mike's way minus the tomato. I appreciate that they take care of McKinney teachers as well. Always great service at this location as well."

"Here are a few reasons why: First, this place was impressively clean—one of the cleanest chains I’ve ever visited. Secondly, the food was delicious. I ordered the Italian sub, which is my go-to whenever I have a sandwich. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water! The main reason I wanted to write this review, though, is because of Rush, the guy at the counter who made my sandwich. He was incredibly friendly and even a bit funny, asking how my day was and suggesting toppings when I struggled to decide. Plus, he was quick! It's rare to see such outstanding customer service these days. I was having a rough day, but between the delicious sandwich and Rush’s friendliness, I left in a much better mood. "The staff at this restaurant is not only efficient but also very friendly, always providing the best sub sandwiches in town. We ordered two foot-long subs: one with steak, grilled peppers, and onions, swapping the usual white American cheese for provolone, and the other with every cold cut they offer, also with provolone. The bread was fantastic, featuring a delicate crunch on the outside and a perfect texture on the inside. The fresh vegetables and Mike's spice added a wonderful brightness to the flavors, making the meal absolutely worth the trip. I also enjoyed the Agave soft drink, which paired perfectly with our meal. Thank you for supporting the Special Olympics!"

"Tonight's crew absolutely rocked it! They had customers laughing and were working efficiently at the same time. "My husband mobile ordered our order on Sun 6/11 at 12:45pm. It said the order would be ready at 1:25. I arrived at 1:37 and my order was not ready on the pick up table. I waited about 10 minutes before asking on the status and was told that it was half way through. At about 2:05pm my order was ready. After I watched several people come in after me and go through the line as well as 4 mobile orders leave without food in their hand I was tired of waiting. Another gentleman that was waiting in line got in the line to order because he was tired of waiting on his mobile order. Another customer walked up to the counter while waiting and said it had been 2 hours since she placed her order. The manager said someone must’ve taken. As he handed her the order he said something about her waiting till 2 hours to ask abouy her order. When I received my order, I asked the employee if he was going to compensate me for the hour and 40 minute wait I experienced. He then looked at the manager and the manager told me that the mobile orders were an issue and he had to pull someone. As a customer I’m not looking for an excuse, it’s not my job as a customer to tell you how to run your store or employees. A simple I’m sorry or here let me grab you a drink would’ve been the respectful thing to do. You don’t argue with your customers. In fact I ordered from this same store about a month ago through mobile order. When I got home my order was incorrect on both sandwiches. I called the store and asked for a refund because my husband and I weren’t going to eat sandwiches that we didn’t order. When I called the manager told me that I was wrong and his employee said he made the sandwich correctly. I then explained to him my order and lifted each top bread and told him what was on the sandwich to which he said he would refund my order. How does Jersey Mikes allow a manager or employee to be so disrespectful to their customers."

"My friends and I stopped by the restaurant on Saturday, the 21st, to grab a sandwich while waiting for my Philly cheese steak to be prepared. I was taken aback when I noticed that the girl slicing the sandwiches was using a dirty rag to clean the knife after wiping the surface. I politely requested that she either change the knife or disinfect it before continuing to handle the food. It is important to maintain proper hygiene to prevent the spread of diseases. Despite my request, she seemed hesitant to comply until I insisted. The situation could have been handled more professionally, but unfortunately, other customers overheard our conversation. I will be contacting the health department about this issue on Monday."
