"Consistent quality of food. However, if you order the the grill cheese with tomatoes soup, the portion varies. Very good burgers. UPDATE:Went there on 9-22 before 6:00pm to order food for the family. Didn 't eat until later and my son finds a hair in his grill cheese sandwich. I went there (9-23) with the hair in the grill cheese sandwich the next day , as if that wasn 't bad , I received a negative and authoritative instructions on their correct procedure to follow when there is a hair in the food. Makes me wonder if this happens frequently. She (female with glasses and in a very bad mood) tells me, you are suppose to call into the store to let us know . She even had the audacity to tell me, it looks planted. I already explained to them that it was late in the evening. Most restaurant staff would first be apologetic and replace it with another item. In other words, be polite and tactful. This really left a bad taste in my mouth (pun not intended) since I typically received good service from this location. If my son didn 't enjoy their grill cheese, I would find another business with competent, nicer and polite people tp patronize. I guess it 's true what they say, good competent help is hard to find . Please don 't hire anymore inept people. Great method for Customer Retention!"
