"I took our family to this Baker's Square today because we hadn?t been in a long time (since before the pandemic . We also had plans to meet with some friends of the family. I hadn?t remembered exactly what they had on their menu, well, other than the deserts! Upon arriving (around 12 , the restaurant's waitresses sat us in a timely manner. The atmosphere was pleasant for the most part. But there were some uncontrolled kids, so that was a little annoying because it was disruptive for a good 20-30 minutes. The waitress got us our drinks and checked in on our table several times while we waited for the family friends, to make sure we didn?t need anything (so A+ . Our friends did take a while longer, so some of the staff was a little confused/concerned about what was going on since they weren?t directly involved with the table. After eating we also stayed a little longer, and they continued to clean our table and check in on us! We were also dealing with a trainee, but she was great! Everyone was kind, respectful, and patient throughout the entire experience, inconveniences and all! I ordered the ?Baker?s Omelette? and it was delicious. It came with hashbrowns and a side of bread (I ordered the blueberry muffin . The omelette was loaded with ham, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, and other vegetables. It was seasoned nicely, and even better with the side of hashbrowns, which were portioned generously. The hashbrowns were pretty traditional. For most people this combination would be filling, but if you want more you could substitute the muffin for pancakes. The muffin was really good. It was extremely moist all the way through, with a slight sweetness in every bite. Then the blueberries were good too (not the freshest, but still good . This is a solid choice for breakfast (which is all-day at this location . Another person in our party got the burger. They said it was very good. The buns were toasted so the burger wasn?t too soggy (because it appeared soggier than I was told . They said the fries were also good. The food was gone 10 minutes later. The burger was a good size and came with several of the traditional burger toppings. We also ordered other foods, but only got an additional photo (sorry we were all so hungry! After lunch, we got several pies. The pies in the picture were lemon meringue (left and lemon supreme (right . I mean, what can I say. These did NOT disappoint and we LOVED all the pies! The lemon supreme is similar to a lemon bar but lighter and with a more vibrant flavor (and in a pie form . We?ll definitely be coming back to try these delicious dishes and pies, and to try other unique dishes and pies that this location has to offer! Feel free to check out the pictures!"

"Long time customer of Joe 's. We stopped in for a family dinner 6:45pm on a Saturday 9/10/22. We were told there would be a wait on food we were okay with that. Our server is new and she had a party of ten next to our table. No problem, we understood. When the food did arrive, 2 out of 5 meals showed up, luckily they were for our children, but it took another 15 minutes to get the other 3 and we had to request silverware as we were never given any. I ordered a pot roast sandwich for myself and the kids version for my youngest. The pot roast was so dry that half of it was inedible due to being the consistency of beef jerky and they sent fries instead of the mash potatoes I ordered....I had to feed this to my toddler. The waitress came by and asked how the food was and I politely explained that the pot roast was super dry. The waitress then proceeded to tell me that she believed me and would comp the inedible meals if she could, but only managers could do that and she said, I can talk to my manager, but I highly doubt she will [discount the ticket], and then brought us our ticket without even attempting to have the manager come to our table and ran our card for payment. I feel bad for the waitress, but also, for $90.00 and ample waiting time, I expected much better food. I 'm sad to have to remove Joe 's from our night out rotation as it used to be some of the best food in town, but we won 't be coming back."

"I am reposting this here, as I just realized I had posted it at the wrong location. This is in regards to the call I made on Aug 6th to this 13680 location:To the woman who answered the phone today at 952 a.m .... we just moved to the area and I came by once only to pick up coffee because I was craving diner coffee. I just swiped and left. It wasn 't until later I realized they charged me almost $5 for one coffee. I didn 't mind much. You know why? Because that coffee was absolutely delicious. I swore to myself I 'd come back here for breakfast. My mom is in town and I wanted to take her for breakfast today. I called while sitting in my car in the garage and asked if there was a wait. I remember how tiny this place was and being Sunday, I wanted to make sure we wouldn 't be waiting for an hour. Your response was I don 't know what the wait will be when you get here. I said, we are 5 minutes away. You said I can 't put your name down until you get here. ?? I said, I 'm not asking you to put my name down, I 'm asking approximately how long the wait is so that I.... you rudely cut me off and didn 't let me finish my sentence. You raised your voice with a nasty attitude and tone saying.. about 25-30 minutes!!! I still said, ok thank you, and hung up. What was so hard about that? Why are you so reluctant to give a guesstimate wait time? The wait time is a deciding factor for many people. Sometimes people have a limited time to eat, like we did today. People generally understand that a guesstimate is a give or take and obviously entirely depends on the fluctuation of your traffic, thats why it 's a GUESSTIMATE. There was no need for you to get rude. I was being polite. You were on speaker in my car and even my mother was appalled at your flippant attitude. Needless to say, I immediately decided not to bring her here to avoid an even worse experience than what you just showed us. We live 5 minutes away yet I elected to instead take her to Jenny 's, 20 minutes away. Now, if you 'll excuse me, I have to go give them an excellent review. I absolutely cannot stand when an establishment is this unprofessional. I can handle long waits or even subpar food. Rudeness and bad attitudes, I cannot, especially, when it is unwarranted."
