"We had a reservation at this restaurant, but when we arrived, they informed us that their system had crashed and they would not be able to serve customers for the rest of the night. It would have been helpful if they had called us to let us know, as we made the trip into the city of LA for this meal. The dining area was full of people, but they explained that since they couldn’t process drinks or print food tickets, we were unable to eat there."
