"The food was excellent—definitely the best gluten-free pizza I've ever had. However, the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and more focused on their phones than on helping customers or maintaining the cleanliness of the tables. They missed two phone calls while the main employee was in the restroom, and overall, they overlooked six calls in the 30 minutes we were there.
When we entered, we didn’t receive a greeting, which I initially brushed off. But then three more customers came in after us, and they were also ignored with little to no interaction from the staff. One employee even took her prescription medication at the register and then proceeded to brush her hair.
There was one kind gentleman who appeared to be the only one managing the register, but he didn’t speak much. Meanwhile, when a new customer walked in while he was washing dishes, the other three employees just stared at him without offering any assistance. After waiting about five minutes without being helped, he ultimately decided to leave. "
