"Don 't waste your money or your time. We used to love getting a drink, quick bite and letting the kids play arcade games, new management and staff have ruined what was once a fun place. Took 2 kids, 3 adults Saturday at 4 for snacks and games. No one was at host stand and girl behind bowling check in told us to grab a booth and someone would come. Waited 10 minutes and not only did no one come, there were no staff anywhere. Walked up to the bar as we were happy to put in an order there. Poor bartender was super stressed- he said we have no food, we have no staff, i can 't do anything for you. I asked if that was because it was between meal times- he said no, we don 't have any staff to cook or serve you, I 've been here all day and my shift is over . The manager overheard us and she just shrugged her shoulders telling me to order from the movie theater. I then went back to the check in to the lady who told me to sit and a server would be with us and told her the bartender won 't serve food and that her kitchen staff wasn 't there. She was confused and thanked me for letting her know. I understand that staffing issues are everywhere- but the management of this place is a disaster! All they needed to do was tell their staff the cook didn 't show and maybe print a few notices on the tables. There were about 5 tables sitting and waiting for service when we left to go to Batch. Also note- Don 't load your game cards with cash! The young lady took our $20 bill and put $5 on the card. When we asked the manager she just shook her head and gave us credits on the card but the $20 was not in the drawer and totally in the employees pocket."
