"When we arrived at the hotel, we asked for directions to the brunch, but they directed us to the wrong location. My mom had recently undergone knee surgery, and the event venue was quite a distance from the entrance. I had reserved a table for three, but they wanted to seat us at a table for twelve with strangers. It was Mother's Day, and my mom wanted to leave. After eating and having to walk a long distance again, we discovered that the escalators were turned off, forcing my mom to tackle many steps. I will never go back there. I paid $237 for three people, and we didn't even enjoy the food. I was extremely upset and frustrated. The coordination was terrible."
