"Visited here for first time in mid afternoon of 8/19. Went into dining room to order/eat. No one was even REMOTELY friendly. No Arby 's sauce to be found, so had to ask for some packs, which they had to dig out of a box. Booth seating desperately needsreplaced, as all the cushion was gone, and felt like I was sitting on wood planks. Also, you sit really low, so I felt likethree year old at the grown-ups table! Since sliders are the only remotely reasonably priced sandwich (tho mini) on menu, I gavethat a go, and it *was* good. Wish the 'experience ' was AS good."

"I was charging a Tesla across the street and I was so hungry, I could eat at Arby's. I went to this Arby's to get a roast beef and use the bathroom. I had to go badly so I did that first. I had only been doing my business for a couple of minutes before an employee began aggressively knocking on the door and yelling. She eventually came in the the men's bathroom, while I was pooping, and making ridiculous, completely unfounded accusations. Stay far away from this Arby's at all costs."

"I made the trip to this location because my experience at the one in the Southaven-Horn Lake area was quite unpleasant due to rudeness. The manager called to inform my husband and me that we could come here and enjoy a complimentary meal for both of us. This location is very clean, the staff is friendly, and the management is dedicated to ensuring that customers have a positive experience."
"It was fine though. Beef and cheddar was a little bit weak on the beef. Service was fine. I guess. The guy kind of gave me some hard time about which drink was done which drink was regular but he's going to swap him out once we figure it out which was which or if we weren't satisfied with that to seem"

"I stopped by for lunch and was pleased with my experience. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean, which is always a plus. The prices were typical for a fast food chain. The service was friendly and swift; my order was ready even before I finished putting my wallet away. The food was tasty, and I’ll definitely make it a point to visit this Arby’s during my monthly trips in the area."

"Drive through ordered. A jamocha shake and a Dr Dr pepper will got to the window and they said they couldnt do the shake ok. No biggie but I had to pull up for my order she gave me my card back. I was still thinking dang missed my shake. Finally got my order. Left they never gave me my dt Dr pepper. Called them of course put you name down I don't go eat out often so I will lose my already paid for drink. SM want nice either. They sure don't go out of yThere way to make you happy when they screw upBut love the food."

"This is horrible lately no matter where I go fast food they have been serving crappy food. The lettuce in the salad is browning and it is so dry the chicken is hard as a rock And they gave me a side salad instead of the regular salad. I'm not going back because it's so far away from my house to exchange it it's ridiculous they are even when paying people more now and they still can't get orders right. From now on I'm going to go back to every place and just ask for my money back because it's getting ridiculous I spend a good amount of money and fast food and shitty quality food every time and I even got mac cheese but that was super cold in the middle like it was still frozen. My boyfriend got a turkey and Swiss and they glad so much mustard on there that it was not edible at all. $16 in the trash"

"I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and it was served in 10 minutes. The taste was really good and I loved it. The French fries were also delicious, although I ordered a smaller portion so I found the quantity to be moderate. The prices were also moderate. The restaurant was not too crowded and the environment was clean and hygienic. I had a satisfying dining experience. Thank you."

"It's been years since I stopped at this location. However, I've come back and wow what have I been doing going to other places like McDonald's and Burger King. The app they have really does not work well. But the website has some amazing deals and when you come here the service is by far hands down better than the other places.When you compare it to Chick-fil-A or Popeyes they can't even touch it because those places are so busy. While McDonald's and Burger King are good competitors, they still are nothing like having a beautiful roast beef sandwich.The only other company for fast food that is really on top in our area is Wendy's but the prices have exceeded my pocketbook.Therefore, a nice roast beef sandwich and a quick drink with some curly fries as a winter in my book. Especially when you have a clean store and wonderful staff. This is now my new goto place knowing that there is always available seat with almost no wait using the app."

"They got my order wrong. I wanted sweet potato fries and they gave me the regular fries. Instead of correcting their mistake they said I had to pay for an order of sweet potato fries if I wanted them. So, I bought the combo to help save money and then had to spend $3.01 for what I wanted due to their mistakes. Not to the mention the fact that I spent over $17 initially. The manager has a bad disposition and came walking over to the window like she was the bouncer. She never apologized or even acknowledged me as a customer. By the time I waited for the fries my sandwich was cold. Guess I have to visit this Arby's for lunch and stay away during dinner."

"I placed a mobile order and let them know at the speaker to which they responded with, ?okay go ahead and pull around.? I pulled around, smile on my face, they tried to give the wrong order, but I said politely that I actually had a mobile order. Theassistant manager, Donovan, then walks up out of nowhere and gives me an attitude while telling me they don?t have a mobileorder. I asked if he wanted to see it on my phone and he just rudely put his hand out with an attitude on his face. I handed himmy phone and he said they do have my order but one of the items was not on there. I told him it was a free item with purchase,and he said ?well that?s why? and gave me my phone back and immediately walked away. The other guy at the window handed me overmy food and apologized, but I was very disappointed in how that was handled by the assistant manager."

"The manager at the Bedford store is great! She is always friendly, professional and on the rare occasion there is a mistake, she makes it right with a smile. Arby's has changed since I visited last. The menu has a couple of changes, fish sticks, notbad. The children enjoyed them. But the big change is the feeling or attitude in the store. The floor was filthy. The areaaround the fry station appeared as if food items were kicked under the station all day instead of picked up, curley fries andother food stuffs all over the floor. Paper products strewn about. One would think it would pose a safety Hazzard, ???? Theymust have been training all new staff because everyone seemed lost. It took 40 minutes to get a couple of sandwiches. Thesandwiches weren't up to the Arby's standard that we are use to. Usually plenty of meat, and well made, not thrown together. They ran out of whipped cream, milk shakes without cream. The staff was trying. They just seemed lost. They were enjoyingthemselves though, off color comments and nonsense. I would suggest you check your purchases yourself. My order was incorrect aswas another customers order. Something is definitely different at Arby's."

"NYS has placed a mandate that everyone has to wear a mask. Before you enter there a sign posted on the door stating so. My question is why do your employees wear there mask under their nose? We were there late week and two employees were wearing their mask under their nose. Secondly, this Arby's is located in a pilot gas station. The have many interstate truckers and visitors coming in and out everyday. Many come in not wearing a mask despite a sign posted on the door requiring that you need too. Not questions them or ask them to put one on. This is how the virus is spreading. Lack of enforcement of the rules. It making me think twice before returning to the establishment I love. Employees breathing and handling my food. Employees touching all these interstate customer cash and credit cards. There should be one person handling the register at all times and not handling our drinking cup and food afterwards. Yuck! All these germs being contaminating our food."

"I ordered food worth $39.66 and had two $15 gift cards to use. When I arrived at the window, I handed the cashier the gift cards along with $30, a $10 bill, and 66 cents in order to receive only $1 in change. However, the cashier was unable to process the gift cards, so the manager had to step in. It took 15 minutes for the manager to figure out the gift cards. When she handed them back to me, they appeared empty, which confused me as I was expecting my $1 in change. I explained the situation to her, but she insisted that I had already used the money on the gift cards and only had 90 cents left. I requested my $1 in change, but she refused, claiming it was not possible. Despite the common saying that the customer is always right, she did not give me the dollar and I ended up leaving with only 90 cents left on the gift cards. It was a frustrating experience."
