"I really enjoy this restaurant, but there's one waitress, Joline, who I believe shouldn't be in that role. Yesterday, when my husband and I arrived, we encountered some relatives who told us, "Good luck! We just sat here and haven't been attended to!" So we ended up just drinking our coffee and leaving. This isn't the first time we've had such an experience. A few months ago, my husband and I waited for someone to take our order, and when Joline came out to take another couple's order, they informed her that we had been there first. She simply waved her hand and proceeded to take their order, never acknowledging us. Naturally, we left in frustration. When we returned weeks later, Amy was kind enough to apologize for our previous experience because she recognized that we are regulars.
