"My husband and I have loved Heidelberg for years, it’s our go-to spot. So we immediately knew we wanted Heidelberg to make our wedding cake when we got engaged! Cake tasting was so fun — the wedding cake coordinator recommended some traditional ones and a unique one. I gave her an inspo photo, and next thing I know, that exact cake was at our reception. And their spicy isn't hot. The fruit cup was DELICIOUS as well!! Their Toasted Steak White Cheddar grass fed beef with aged white cheddar, pickled red onions, horseradish sauce on ciabatta $9.79 with the cucumber, tomato salad-DELICIOUS . LIKE THAT!! Flavorful, meaty with some kick, and the ciabatta was perfectly toasted!! Their Small Mac n Cheese Bowl with a French baguette $5.29 . DECENT. It didn't taste fresh. "Whoever is in charge of operations here should be thoroughly embarrassed. I visited on a Saturday around 1 PM and placed an order using their kiosk, which promised a text notification when my food would be ready. Like other Panera locations, they have an electronic board to show the status of orders. However, I didn't see my name listed. After speaking with some other patrons, it became clear that their names were missing too, regardless of whether they ordered through the kiosk or at the counter. It seemed like the board was only showing orders made via the app. As I looked around, I noticed that nearly every table was empty, and the number of people waiting at the pickup counter was increasing, visibly frustrating those waiting. I saw at least three different customers ask the staff about the status of their orders. It was clear that the staff was overwhelmed and not prepared for the lunchtime rush. Once my wait time reached 30 minutes, I went to the register to request a refund. It took them a while to locate my order because so many orders had come in after mine, and I noticed a couple of other customers follow my lead and seek refunds as well. This franchise location needs better management, more effective training, and likely additional staff during busy hours. If they expect longer than usual wait times, they should communicate that to their customers. In the end, I went across the street to Wendy's and received hot food within two minutes of placing my order."

"I always have a delicious meal here. I also love the free wifi. It's a great location to get work done. There's cute back corner that has some chairs that feel out of the way. There's also cute chairs outside for those who want fresh air seating. I pickedsausage flatbread, chips, and m&m cookie. The flatbread was absolutely delicious. I love pick two here since it gives you timeto try multiple items. The cookies here taste always fresh. I always use cookie as a pick me up snack in afternoon. I also gotstrawberry banana smoothie. Smoothie was super smooth, fresh and delicious. It comes pretty small. But I also tried theirlemonade. The lemonade is super sweet and refreshing. I always like adding splash of water to find right balance. Only thing Iwish better was it was cheaper. But in the past, I have seen coupons for free items when you make a profile. That's helpful tipfor you to know! More you go, more appreciate you get."

"if I could give these zero stars, I would. this morning, forty minutes in the drive through the line to get a latte and two bagels. from most things in the menu. Finally, a latte (after the third attempt to order) got with ingredients that they actually had. not arrived. I have spit myself, the inner of my car, and the outer one, when I was guided through the journey. a HOT-Latte just asked if I need serviettes. had to wait for a new place, soak wet in hot coffee. they brought it out. no excuse or offer to clean my car. I came home and my whole order was wrong. had ordered roasted bagels, cut and roasted with cream cheese, came home to find whole bagels in bag. no cheese, not cut or roasted? I tried to call to see if I come back and receive correct order. had telephone through five times to cafe only someone answered and hang up. never again. go to death"

"The food was delicious and the service was quick, but I had an unfortunate experience while waiting on a bench for my order. An employee approached me and stood uncomfortably close while making rude comments about people who only order for one. He mentioned that this wasn't a park, which I found quite unnecessary. I had ordered a sandwich for myself, but I also had a second one for a friend. If they prefer that I go to another Panera where people are more polite, I can certainly do that. I was shocked to learn that solo diners are frowned upon. The man, who had unkempt facial hair and was older, even banged on the back of my bench. I only recognized him as an employee because of his shirt and his return to the register. Overall, it made me feel quite uncomfortable. Usually, Panera is such a pleasant place to visit, so this was really disappointing."

"I had a terrible experience with customer service. I was directed to pick up my Uber Eats order at the designated pick-up area, as indicated in the app. When I asked an employee if that was the correct spot, I simply received a nod. I waited for 10 minutes only to find my order sitting at the front counter. The pick-up processes for Uber Eats and DoorDash are different, and we depend on the app for accurate directions. If the app's instructions are wrong, we have to rely on employees for guidance. When they are misinformed, it only causes delays in picking up our orders. It’s crucial to clearly indicate where pick-ups occur—either by placing a sign in the correct spot or ensuring the app provides accurate information. If the goal is to deliver hot, delicious food, having proper signage is essential, especially for gig workers. In my case, the employee at the pick-up area didn’t communicate that all pick-ups are typically at the front, which should have been relayed in the app as well."
