"The food shows potential – they have the right equipment, knowledge, and recipes for success, but I don't think they've fully realized it yet. Without a doubt, the burgers are the standout item at this restaurant. The price and quality make them a perfect introduction to what the menu has to offer.
The beef shawarma is impressive with its crispy, thicker cuts and pieces of fat that keep the meat moist. It’s evident that the meat is cooked well, but it lacks a more pronounced flavor or seasoning. The beef kabob does have a bit more spice and flavor, cooked excellently and easy to tear into bite-sized pieces.
Unfortunately, the chicken, which is often a safe choice, was the least enjoyable. It was bland, and even the oil didn’t add any taste. Everything else around it was decent, but the chicken was only palatable when paired with sauce. I encourage you to add more seasoning and salt to the chicken, particularly the chicken shawarma.
I hope to see some improvements in four months, with a bit more flavor added to the dishes. To the owners, I can’t seem to find your response. If you happen to read this, I want you to know that I will be back. I like to give most places two chances because some days may just not be their best. Insha'Allah, I’ll come back and perhaps experience a different flavor profile, even if the same dishes are being served."
