"I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to chain restaurants, I admit it. But I was hungry, and we remembered from past experiences that IHOP is always open and serves good food. This menu is so tempting! With options like chicken and waffles, crepes, fancy French toast, and pancakes, it's hard to resist. I opted for something from the over 55 menu—a summer salad with berries—and it was delicious. Our bill was half of what we usually pay for lunch! The service was friendly and polite, although our server wasn’t sure about the salad dressings. If you're wondering, go with the poppyseed. My husband ordered a short stack of pancakes, and they were amazing. It is the International House of Pancakes, after all! Do I need to say more?"

"If I was able to not give this place a star I would. Warning* if you order the gluten-free pizza, do not do it. If you have a gluten allergy I ordered this and first they told me over the phone that it is their own crust that they make in house from scratch which is not true. It is a premade frozen gluten-free crust that goes on an aluminum tray for those who know, also, I ordered the gluten-free pizza veggie pie which they put breaded eggplant pieces on top, which I’ve never seen before especially if there are breadcrumbs does not make it a gluten-free pie specially, for those that have an allergy to gluten, celiacs, etc. Also buddy of mine that went with me had three slices, one veggie one sausage and one regular plain slice and he said that it tasted like the dough was old and it had a weird smell to it. So when I asked about why did they put breaded eggplant cutlets on a gluten-free pie cut up the girl at the front had no idea and the Cook in the back/owner maybe didn’t really care when it was brought to his attention, I told him I did not want anything, and we got my friends slices to go."

"Good breakfast / brunch, even had gluten-free pancakes!! Great waiting staff. All employees had masks on EXCEPT of the Gentleman who worked the food sector. He had no gloves either. He was not very congenial to the employees who worked very hard! I love IHOP, but if I see this person working next time, I won't stay!"

"The pizza was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the fried peppers and mushroom caps. Unfortunately, the tiramisu was frozen when it arrived. It lacked the creamy texture it should have had, and we could taste ice crystals in it, which was disappointing. The service was extremely slow! While our meals came out quickly, we had to wait ages for someone to take our order and even longer for someone to clear the table and bring dessert. The dessert also took a long time to arrive. I’m definitely interested in getting that pizza again, but I’m not sure if I want to dine in or just do takeout next time."

"The wait time was tolerable as three staff members informed us that someone would be with us shortly. Once seated, we waited for our server to take our drink order. When he finally arrived, he took our food order, but our drinks were still on their way. By the time we received our meals, they were lukewarm. My husband, who rarely complains, mentioned to our server that our food must have taken too long to be served. After that, we had to wait again for our bill. We also noticed a couple across from us experiencing the same delays. We won’t be returning to this IHOP! Overall, both the service and the food were disappointing."

"I'm not sure how this IHOP is still open for business. Every time I order, it's always wrong. Today was the first time my request for medium eggs was actually delivered correctly, instead of overcooked and burnt. However, they forgot my pancakes. The service is poor and unprofessional. They couldn't even offer me anything for the inconvenience of having to drive back. I didn't think it was possible to mess up an order at 2am, but here we are. I think I'll stick to ordering from Denny's. They may not be great either, but at least my eggs are cooked properly and I usually get everything I ordered. The food just doesn't taste good at IHOP."

"No meat in Chili con Carne... order was replaced after the complaint, but was identical absence of ground beef in the second time. I bet your thinking, well at least they replaced it right, but the gesture was signed by the fact that they understandably requested the food back, only to proceed, call me and scold me b/c I touched the food duh, as otherwise I would know that there is no meat if I did not dig into a bit moving my nachos around. It's like the guy put his heart on the resale of the order. The place has declined significantly since the new management. PS SUPER GREESY FOOD."

"I went to dinner there with my work crew this week and the service was amazing. All the staff were really friendly and personable. They were very professional and on point with all of our orders. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. If you're in the area you have to go!!! I promise you will not be disappointed. Our waitress was awesome and a really down to earth person. "We stopped at this IHOP on our way back from Virginia. Wanted a sit down meal instead of fast food in the car. They were definitely understaffed. But they seated us quickly. Our waitress was amazing. Obviously doing the job of 2-3 waitresses. But so friendly! Always a smile! And spot on with anticipating our every need. Now the food; my gluten free pancakes wereamazing! Food was hot. Very tasty. Coffee wasn't so hot, or tasty but that really was my only food complaint. The bathroomsneeded a little TLC. Being very understaffed, I can see why there was neglect, but still a necessity that must be addressedevery shift. All in all a great experience that made our morning a good start, and helped us finish our ride home. We tippedthe waitress accordingly, for doing 2-3 jobs and doing them so well!"
