"We've been coming here since just after Yum Yum Thai opened. The service used to be ok but the food was a 6 out of 5 (amazing! ... it used to be the most delicious Thai food in Naperville. Over the past several years, the service remains the same but the prices have gone up and the food quality has gone down. Sadly, Yum Yum Thai is no longer the best Thai Restaurant around.I recognize the price of everything has gone up so the higher prices don't bother us. We want to support our local businesses. But, that extra cost should not come to customers, new or long time, at the expense of the food quality.Paying more should allow the owners to maintain the food quality and taste. The Pad Thai for example, used to be the best in Illinois. Now, it has no flavor. Same with the Panang and other curries...panang should be thick like the menu says! Potstickers are small.Ordering by phone is a constant challenge. We're either hung up on or don't even get through most of the time. Online ordering is clunky and annoying with lots of spelling errors.As a loyal customer, I hope Yum Yum Thai can turn things around."
