"Beau Jo's is a special place for our family. We often stopped to enjoy their pizza in Idaho Springs, and I was very happy to find out that they opened a restaurant in Steamboat. We ate there last night, and 3 lb pie, large, and it was wonderful, exactly as we remembered. The Steamboat restaurant has a ways to go to match the atmosphere of the Idaho Springs store, but it was a treat just the same! I hope they stick around for us to enjoy when we visit Steamboat again."
