"After settling the bill, I stepped outside to wait for my Uber. At that point, an older woman, who I believe was a manager, came outside and started rearranging dirt and rocks in the plants in front of the restaurant, which struck us as quite odd. A couple of minutes later, she approached us directly and asked if we were waiting for a ride. I replied that I was, indeed, waiting for an Uber.
To our surprise, she then told us that we couldn't loiter in front of the establishment, despite there being chairs available for patrons. I explained that we had just finished our meal and were simply waiting for our ride, but the woman walked away with an attitude that felt dismissive and condescending.
My support group and I were deeply offended by her tone, which made us feel like we were being treated as if we had done something wrong. When I called later to inquire about filing a complaint, the staff seemed unsure of how to assist me. Given this experience, I won't be bringing my support group or family back to this restaurant. I hope they take this feedback to heart and improve their customer service."
