"This restaurant is a hidden gem located next to the Lynbrook multiplex theater. The menu offers a variety of Greek dishes, from souvlaki and gyro sandwiches to full entrees, desserts, Greek wine, and beer. Our waitress, Johanna, was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The fried Saganaki was sharp and the Spanakopita was fresh, clearly homemade. The lemon potatoes could have used a bit more lemon flavor, but were not overcooked. The Greek meatballs were a standout, enhanced by the taste of basil. The Pastichio was filled with delicious pasta and the mixed grill (Gyro meat, pork, souvlaki, grilled chicken, and bifteki) was a must-try. The homemade desserts, including Baklava and Galatoboureko, were superb. Although they were out of coffee during our visit, they typically offer Greek coffee, frappe, and American coffee. Don't miss the Greek yogurt with honey and caramelized walnuts, it's a delightful treat."
