"We arrived and were a bit delayed in getting our drinks, which was understandable since the restaurant was busy. However, our food took over an hour to arrive, and the waitress only checked on us once during that time, close to when we initially placed our orders. Meanwhile, other tables that arrived after us received their meals without issue. We had to ask about our food just to get an update.
When our order finally came, we all had wings, but they were completely dry. One of our friends ordered mozzarella sticks that never showed up, and when we inquired, the waitress told us they were out of them—an hour later. She mentioned that we would receive a discount for the long wait, but when we got the check, there was no discount or even an apology for the delay.
Despite being one of our favorite places, we will not be returning, and we'll be advising our friends to save their time as well."
