"We visit Cactus Creek frequently and always bring our out-of-town guests there for dinner. It really must be the best-kept secret in Reno, because if it weren’t, there would be lines out the door every time they open! Everything on their menu is outstanding, the staff is friendly, attentive, and polite, and the service is excellent. And when they mention aged prime beef, they truly mean it! Anyone looking for a special dining experience should definitely make a point to visit Cactus Creek!"

"Probably the only Greek restaurant I know in San Antonio, but happy for us it is great. The food here was amazing. I am a great fan of the Gyro and they give many delicious options for it. And their deserts were amazing to finish your meal. They serve beer that is always great to go with the sandwich you eat. My only drawback is the homestyleries. I wish they were seasoned. Just to give them something more. They're not like home. Also there are no waiting staff so that you listen and go get your food. That's just a problem when you're up and it's a bit hard to hear. Otherwise it is a great place for lunch or dinner. Look at this"

"Loved the Lucky Charms frappe, the ambiance, the little shop... Very quaint, very clean... even the bathroom was very clean. Just wish it was closer to Lily, but I just vacation in Lily so it's not the end of the world for me. My youngest boy (11 years old) even liked this place and all of the Easter merchandise."

"The traditional chile rellano is one of the best I’ve ever had, the roasted chile in it was so flavorful with a great breading, as the owner said, “it’s not too eggy like some that are basically omelettes.” The carne asada meat was delicious, we had it in tacos, fabulous! We’ll be back!"

"Truly a hidden gem. We stop before shows at the Virginia Piper Theater. Bruce is a blast. He keeps things fun. All of the staff is personable and attentive, the beer is always nice cold, the food is good, and the atmosphere is friendly inviting. We recently enjoyed a visit before the Gordon Lightfoot concert and were treated to Gord's songs...on the jukebox...courtesy of two gals at the bar. A great time was had by all. Go check it out!"

"I stopped by for a beer-battered fish fry, but the staff member informed me that she doesn't eat fish and couldn’t provide her opinion on its quality. She suggested it was probably decent since there were only a couple of orders left. However, when I picked it up, I found the fish was just frozen pieces that were undercooked, and the fries were not crispy as I had requested. The fish had no batter on it; it looked like it may have been pan-seared or broiled at best. As someone who values a good Wisconsin fish fry, this experience was a huge letdown and fell far short of my expectations."
