"My husband and I got the opportunity to dine here as part of our Walt tour with the Anaheim tour company. Walt Disney frequented this place himself and there is a booth where he sat with an embossed placard on it. If you look very closely at the table you will see one of the sketches that he drew. We had the opportunity to sit there for a photo picture. His table was number 31 and Walt has a drink named for him. Also note the restaurant models Snow White's cottage with the dwarves. We were actually seated at a booth where John Wayne ate. Our tour guide left us alone to dine. Our waiter was most friendly and helpful. My husband had the fish and chips while I had the cheeseburger and fries. Although we waited some time to get the food it was indeed worth the wait. They were both delicious! During that time I got to see the other rooms in the restaurant and some of the characture portraits they had hanging. They have a full bar here. Although known for their prime rib we decided to skip that since we wanted to split a dessert. We decided to get a strawberry trifle and asked our waiter to hurry up since we didn't want to overextend our stay while on a tour clock. He did so and gave us two spoons and forks so we could enjoy it. It wasn't overly heavy and was sweet and yummy! We paid the check and had a look outside. There is a British style phone booth and nice scenery by the front door. We were so happy we had an opportunity to dine here where otherwise we would not have had a chance were we not on tour. Definitely will return here again if I'm ever in the area."

"I celebrated my birthday dinner here last night, and it was eight of us total. All of us seemed to have needed to stand up at least once to ask the server or someone else for things we weren?t receiving. The server also even forgot to put in the dishes Iordered so I was left needing to eat from everyone else?s plates because those had already taken so long to come out we didn?twant to wait even longer. Also think it?s a little weird they never mentioned my birthday (I feel like restaurants are alwayscheerful about that and bring a slice of cake or something, but we had to order a cheesecake instead, and of course just likebefore we didn?t get cutlery, and they were being wiped off as they were being brought to the table which didn?t seem superclean in my opinion). The server was having a rough night, but I think the management should have seen this and not let her workthat night every time she walked up to our table she seemed confused and also complaining about the other tables. I feelreally bad she wasn?t having a good night, but at the same time, it was my birthday celebration and we spent way too long therefor me to not even get my food, my friend?s egg rolls were burnt, someone?s drink had a bug in it, etc. We also didn?t get abooth which would?ve been nicer for a celebration, but I didn?t ask about that before so that?s just a side note. The mainproblem was that there was almost a lack of service the whole couple hours we were there, but then we still were automaticallycharged the 20% tip (we were originally supposed to be 10 people but that was still upsetting to see). My main ask is to not letservers work a shift if they?re visibly overwhelmed, and are not doing good mental health wise, because it really impacts theexperience of customers, and is not good for the servers themselves either. If I come back one day it will probably be forbrunch since one of my friends said she enjoyed her brunch experience here."
