"I am very disappointed that I must leave this review. my daughter and I love going to olive garden and most of the time we have a nice experience. I'm pretty sure we were prejudiced when we came as a few karens, but we never had the opportunity to prove anything else, even if we tried to hire our server, the few paints we saw him. we sat on the smallest table at the place which would have been good if the rest of the visit had been good. a table of 5 was placed right next to us after we had been there about 10 minutes. the table had drinks before we were ever greeted. my daughter ordered a drink that was not full and was very weak. the entrée was served after just a few sips suppe. I had ordered the suppe, salat and brotsticks, but was not able to eat the salat for any dental work. the server said he would pack it for me to take home. we also ordered a prise suppe to go. at the end of the meal we waited one for the order. when it finally came, there was no salat and no small bag for the remaining broth sticks. we tried to pay the scary with the breeding at the table, but it didn't work. we wanted to call the server, but nobody came. we took the leak to the front counter, but couldn't pay there. they called a server they thought for us, but he came up, said that is not my table and went away. another server came by and asked for the check. he saw who was the right server and called him. we finally got to pay and go. there were other problems, but the review will be too long."

"My family took me to OG to celebrate my 50th birthday. My brother had made a reservation for 10 people at 6:15 PM. Since it was a Tuesday, the restaurant wasn’t too busy, but we still had to wait until almost 7 PM to be seated. After that, we waited about 10 minutes for our two waitresses to arrive. Curiously, neither of them asked if we wanted drinks but instead inquired if we were ready to order food. Since we were splitting the bill, they wanted to take our orders based on how we planned to divide the costs. It was a bit odd, but we went along with it. Once our orders were placed, we waited around 15 minutes before they brought out one of the two appetizers we ordered. About five minutes later, they served the salad, followed by the soup. When we mentioned that we were missing drinks (which we had ordered with our meals), it took another five minutes for them to finally bring those along with three waters. My drink was apparently still not ready at the bar, and the waitress made an excuse for the delay. By the time the main courses arrived for everyone else (I had been waiting with my soup and salad for quite a while), my daughter was disappointed to find that her medium rare sirloin looked more like an overcooked burger patty—far from medium rare. When a waitress finally brought out our missing appetizer and my drink, I mentioned the issue with the steak, and she kindly had it removed from the bill. After we finished eating and were ready to leave, the waitresses came out with a cake my brother had brought and sang for me. I had to ask for a knife so I could cut and serve it to my family myself. We ended up leaving close to 9 PM, all feeling quite thirsty, as the waitresses vanished and we were never asked for refills or coffee with the cake. While I enjoyed spending time with my family, the restaurant experience was a significant disappointment. With two servers on duty, I expected the service to be much better. I should also mention that this was my first return visit since a terrible Mother’s Day experience last year, when our table was completely forgotten after we received our drinks. We spoke to a manager, but we ended up leaving and going to Chick Fil A for food. At this point, I’m certain I won’t be coming back again!"

"Love the old vibe of this place! And the pizza truly was amazing. I don't like thin crust but I found this pizza crispy yet filling. Delish! That said, service was a struggle. The server appeared to be alone, so this could have simply been a staffing issue on the first trip I've ever had here. Seems that there was someone who showed up halfway through our meal who started helping out. But the service was weird. The single server made a tour of the entire restaurant and took everyone's orders, which made total sense since he was alone. But then he walked right by us twice without stopping. I finally stopped him and asked if we could order and he said he would be right back. Which he was. But it was odd that he walked right by us twice without even acknowledging us while being sure to help everyone else. Aside from that, this place really does seem worth the price. Pizza is costly. The complaints from other patrons in their reviews are valid regarding cost. But this is one of those times when you're getting what you pay for. If you want cheap pizza, then you will certainly be able to get an affordable one at a chain. If you want good, unique pizza then you will pay for it here but you will get what you pay for. There are also really good specials on weeknights. We stopped here before a movie so we lucked out on the $10 medium one topping pizzas. I really wanted to try a specialty, but the cost was prohibitive. Having tried the one topping, I will feel less hesitant about spending the money on a specialty in the future."
