"I had reserved a table for three, but only two of us were there at first. Once we were seated, we were put at a table meant for two. When the waitress came to take our order, we mentioned it was a party of three, and she replied that we couldn’t sit there. Then she went off to talk to the hostess. By the time our third guest arrived, they told her to wait by the door because we would be moving to another table shortly. After a few more minutes of waiting, we finally got seated again.
Our new waiter, a Hispanic gentleman, was fantastic. However, we couldn’t help but notice the disapproving looks we were receiving from the green-haired hostess and the original waitress throughout our meal. Overall, the food was good, but the initial experience was very frustrating. This wasn’t my first bad experience here; I had a similar issue last summer with a different hostess. Despite our waiter being great and the rum punch being strong yet delicious, I don’t think I’ll return. Good customer service is essential for a positive dining experience."
