"Have been here a handful of times but no more after last night. About half full inside, we waited 15+ min after being seated before being waited on. Happens, I get it. We place our order and my wife wants the Fettuccine without shrimp. Waiter says the kitchen won’t do it but he’ll ask if we want him to. Sure I guess? He walks over behind the bar, doesn’t speak to anyone and comes back to say they won’t do it. Possibly the oddest experience I’ve had at a restaurant. At that point it was time to leave. Makes sense if the request is for an ingredient already in a sauce but you can’t just leave the shrimp out? What about food allergies? He said the same is true for anything else the chef is very particular. Great, put that on your menu and allow people to avoid this place. Left really disappointed and ended up at Broder’s with the best dinner we’ve had in a while."
