"Please get a working phone. When I wanted to order online, it said that the restaurant is not taking online orders. I know they are open based on hours online. So I called multiple times. No response. I decided to just place the order in person because Ido like the food so much. This has been a problem for many months so I wasn?t too surprised. I placed an order for Tom yumramen, one chicken and shrimp. I get home and I see that there is no shrimp in the broth for shrimp Tom yum ramen. It?s okaythey forgot, even though they wrote on the container (see below). I called again to notify them of my situation and see if theycould do anything to remedy it. They again did not pick up. It is disappointing that I can?t get a response. I am a loyalcustomer. I know things are busy and mistakes happen. But I would like some compensation for my incomplete order that I paid forin full."
