"I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience this time. I recently ordered from Awesome Thai, and it was far from awesome. First off, I received the wrong dish entirely. I had ordered a pad Thai with chicken and shrimp, even paying extra for the meat, but what I got was completely different, with no meat at all, and it was inedible. The additional items I ordered were also disappointing, and the Thai tea was excessively sweet, to the point of making me feel nauseous. I've never had such poor Thai food, even from low-cost places. Additionally, I had to go through a hassle with DoorDash just to get a credit for the incorrect item when I really should have been reimbursed for the entire meal. It was the most disappointing lunch I've had in a long time! They definitely need to improve their quality control and stop cutting corners."
