"The bagels here are hand rolled and really delicious, but that's about all there is to recommend this place. I just got back from my second trip there this morning because they put the most pathetic portion of cream cheese on my bagel. This should NEVER happen at an NYC bagel shop. In addition to that, the process of ordering and payment is weirdly disjointed and has you and anybody else in the building confused about who is being helped. "Absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and assisted this tourist in navigating the restaurant without me needing to ask for help. The egg everything bagel was fantastic—exactly what I was hoping to find. The coffee was delicious as well! The interior is bright and beautifully remodeled. It was a wonderful way to start our day."

"A shop that lives up to it's name, you will find very tasty hand pulled noodles in several different varieties to enjoy. The noodles are offered in a wide variety of soups or pan-fried options. While most items have meat or seafood, there are about halfa dozen vegetarian options. While they are not hand pulled, I recommend the knife cut noodles #5 in the vegetarian pan frieddish. Every dish comes with vegetables providing a nice balance. The original shop is in Chinatown with this #2 outpost in HellsKitchen."

"The noodles are, indeed, tasty. Likely hand-pulled as well. Very good food for a very reasonable price. Service is efficient, fast, and no-nonsense. You get your tea immediately after sitting down and your cup never runs dry. Food comes out hot, quickly too. You get your choice of noodle style with your noodle soup or pan fried dish. Great selections. Definitely a go-to for me."

"I give five stars for the staff and the location, but only two stars for the bagel, so my overall rating is about three stars. I’m not sure if it was just the flagel I ordered, but it was quite hard. The cream cheese spread was good, but the bagel itself didn’t meet my expectations. I’d like to try a regular bagel next time to see if there's a difference."
