"What a disaster, an absolute disgrace to all Hibachi restaurants. Our family dinner to celebrate a graduation ceremony was completely ruined. The food server (Melody) displayed blatant racism, discriminating against us repeatedly over a simple request for a Coke with ice on the side and ignored dietary restrictions and allergies. Her attitude was horrendous, scoffing at the adults and talking to the kids, and she clearly had no intention of providing decent service.When we asked for dinner plates, she stubbornly refused, insisting we eat our dinner off of appetizer plates, while we could see other guests being served with proper plates. The food was served cold and without proper utensils. To make matters worse, the management showed aggression when we raised our concerns instead of deescalating. Melody went to the restroom, and one of my nieces saw her not even washing her hands before starting to serve again. Disgusting! She later told us not to worry because she wouldn't be accepting any tip from us. Seriously?This experience was incredibly disappointing and upsetting. I would not recommend Koto Casual Asian Dining to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience."

"I absolutely adore this place. It is my family's favorite sushi restaurant in Concord, and when my dad's birthday rolled around, we knew we had to come here. It's usually not too crowded, and the staff is incredibly attentive and welcoming. They have a fantastic selection of sake, and the fish is always fresh and expertly prepared. Not to mention, the hot menu items, from appetizers to main courses, are delicious. My brother always orders karaage, while my dad loves the gyu-kaku and chicken teriyaki. Additionally, they always have great deals and specials. The interior is cozy with tasteful decor that isn't overwhelming. Hanabi is a beloved spot for my family."

"I visited for the first time and my initial impression was that it was clean, very friendly, and efficient! The food was good, though not the best I've ever had. There were some interesting flavors that I haven't experienced in Chinese cuisine before, but it was still enjoyable. I would definitely try it again, especially since the prices are very reasonable and the portions are generous. Overall, it was a positive first experience, and I would recommend it."

"Yesterday was the first and last time I will ever step foot in this restaurant. Walked in at 2:56 order drinks and appetizers which came out fast but once sushi rolls were ordered it went down hill. We waited and waited for the food to show only to be told it’s almost ready at 3:44. Right after this two tables that came in well after us was brought their food which was sushi rolls. I finally had enough and looked at our server and said we’d like to cancel the sushi and pay so we could leave. We walked out at 3:55 without an apology or any manager speaking to us. This place is a complete joke! There is no way sushi rolls take over an hour to make!"

"I really enjoyed the sushi here, the rice had a strong edgy taste that I don't seem to have many sushi places was not overwhelming, but it made the sushi everything that I better. Tuna reels, and yellow tail rolls are always mine, and I really liked the yellow tail roll it was definitely one of the best I had before. the sushi came with misosuppet and an salad, both were great and the salat had a homemade dressing, but was not the usual ingwer dressing her in the rule to find at a Japanese resteraunt, it was different and very good, it also had a good edgy taste."

"I absolutely love this spot. Best homey feel. I don't like crowded places so this place is perfect if you're looking for great priced sushi and a spot to relax. "Besides being the best sushi around and not expensive either usually to get really good sushi it's expensive this place is not. The service is beyond reproach the place itself is absolutely spotless and all the bathrooms. I could never say nothing about this place most places I review I've been going to since they opened because I like them so most cases I give reviews for are going to be five stars although there was a sushi restaurant that caught me off guard in Pleasant Hill there was a sushi place that I didn't like very much because I hadn't been there food wasn't bad but very expensive really small portions I was really hungry and I asked the guys at I got Teriyaki cuz I figured that's the biggest and I said you know six foot is looking to fill me up I'm hungry. I'll never stray from Yo Sushi anymore every time I do I regret it. My favorite is a lion Prince or The Lion King and all the others they're all good but these are ones we have to wait 20 minutes for still has the wrong tuna red tuna and it's cooked a really good combination. You never care if you ask for extra soy sauce like a lot of places do or extra anything you want extra ginger they give you a whole damn jar of it almost. It's very rare these days to find customer service at this level. I've been going there for years now and when they do get a new cashier person there always just as nice as the last one so they definitely put some thought into it. If you love sushi as places usually busy but still only takes a few minutes to get your sushi you don't have to wait a half-hour for there anything like what some places that charge so much more The Lion King which is one of the biggest things is only $9 and some odd sense. I'm not easy to please and I've never been disappointed here at YO sushi"

"Just got back to work from picking up a sushi roll.. open the container and was immediately disgusted. First of all it smelled bad, then I looked at the sushi rolls which some were falling apart., the tempura was the most thick breading I've ever seen on sushi, it looked like a piece of fried chicken. I pulled it apart and found no meat inside and some strong brown pieces.. not sure what it was. Anyway, appetite lost along with my $12 bucks. Won't be back again. Disappointing!"

"Wow, this was my first time ordering from here, and it definitely won't be my last! The food is of extremely high quality. The soy garlic wings are an absolute must-try if you're unsure about what to get (they come with fries, too!). You can really tell that the chicken wasn't frozen—no dark bones, and it was super tender. I give it a perfect 10 out of 10. The #16 K Beef Steak was also fantastic and packed with flavor. The portion sizes are great. Everything was well worth it. Trust me!"

"Average... I think most teriyaki places are moving towards not using dishware anymore. You tell them you want to eat in and they put all your food in a styrofoam box, place it in a bag, tie it off, and bring it to your table. Then I have to unpack everything and try to eat with their small plastic forks. They charged me extra for a very small cup of Sriracha sauce, which was only enough for 2 bites of food. I have been to a few places that are now using dishes, so I can't blame the pandemic for this."
