The special menu allows for three items per person per round, with a choice of six items per round. My friend and I, both females, went for four rounds. Although there was a slight delay during the fourth round, overall our experience was enjoyable. The sashimi was fresh, and the oysters were large and flavorful. They also have appetizers at the counter that you can enjoy while waiting for your order.
The special appetizers, especially the oysters, were a standout – plump and without any fishy taste, and no stomach problems later on! The salmon and hamachi carpaccio were also tasty, with a perfect blend of flavors.
I particularly liked the salmon belly and sweet shrimp for sashimi. The toro was exceptional, practically melting in your mouth. For those worried about too much fat, the hamachi and madai are good choices; the madai has a pleasant sear that enhances its fragrance.
As for nigiri, both the seared squid and squid ink gunkan were delicious, but I preferred the crunchy texture of the squid ink gunkan.
The handrolls were filling, and my top pick was the Rock-N-Roll – eel and avocado, a reliable choice!
