"I experienced several issues with the food during my visit. The cheesesteak was very dry, and the bread was stale. The cheeseburger was decent, but I was disappointed that it didn't come with the onions and bacon that I expected; it only had cheese with no ketchup, mustard, or any extras, despite having paid for those additions. The hot dog and buns were hard and stale, although the hot dog itself was tasty on its own. The fries were cold and plain, which was a letdown alongside the sandwiches. Additionally, the onion rings were soggy instead of crispy. I would appreciate a refund for the items that were missing or unsatisfactory if possible. Thank you."
