"I was excited to dine for the first time after hearing my husband rave about the food. Unfortunately, our experience last night was disappointing, mainly due to lack of customer service. Our waiter seemed visibly annoyed whenever we asked about menu items, which made the dining experience uncomfortable in the beginning . This was especially embarrassing for my husband's business partner, who is by the way a regular customer, who invited us out for dinner . We expected better service, especially at a high-end establishment. As for the food, while the beet salad, fried shrimp, potato wedges, and Oysters Rockefeller were excellent, the Caesar salad was completely flavorless. Additionally, two of the steaks were overcooked, which was disappointing considering the price point. Spending over $800 for a party of three, we anticipated top-notch service and food quality. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet these expectations. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as we were hoping for a much better experience on our next visit.
