"We visited the Omni to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary this week and had such a wonderful time at Prado on our first night… that we went back the very next night! The food was mouthwatering! The octopus and seafood paella are to die for, and the Almeria cocktail is simply amazing! The live flamenco entertainment was so engaging, and (combined with the food and decor) it made us feel like we were back on our family vacation in Spain! But the true stars at Prado are its staff… Emma (the hostess with the mostest) was super welcoming and kind! On our first night she reserved the perfect booth for us at the back of the restaurant with the best server on earth (Ollie)…. and then thoughtfully reserved the same table for us (with the incredible Ollie again) the very next night when she saw our names on the reservation list! Ollie was exceptional! He was helpful with menu items as well as attentive thoughtful throughout the entire meal! He even treated us for our anniversary on both nights! ALL of the servers and hostesses are models for how to make customers feel welcomed, special, and want to return!!! With our family recently relocating to Arizona– we will be regulars at the Omni and Prado! Many thanks to the Prado team for helping to make our anniversary so special!"
