"This Grain and Berry in South Tampa is the BEST... Always clean, delicious bowls and smoothies BUT I need to point out the excellence in customer service and attention at this location. Every time we go to this location there is always service with asmile and the crew is always efficient and on-point. Crew members Andrew, Jasmin, Sabrina and Logan deserve a special shout outand recognition for their exceptional customer service. At closing time tonight, Andrew did not have to make a pitaya bowl formy daughter (who was very hungry at the time because Mom kept her at a work party too long! : but Andrew made the exceptionand made it happen with understanding and a smile. The rest of this night time crew probably wanted to leave, but they kept thestore open just a few extra minutes to serve a customer. That few extra minutes of attention made a big difference. You know...You don't find so much dedication and professionalism in the food restaurant industry these days. Most would just lock the doorsand say too bad... We are closed. This night crew did not do that. Hope the owner gives this night crew some kudos and each ofthem a raise. I know this review might sound so extra, but I really appreciated these young people and their good attitudestonight. These are good employees who should be appreciated.
