"Unacceptable! Ordered food on their website, with delivery time 8:05. At 8:30, food has not arrived so we called the shop to check on the order. Their response: The food is waiting for driver pickup, you will receive it soon . Ok, it is now 8:45, called again to check on the status. Their response: laughed This is crazy, I will call my driver and call you back... . Ok, it is now Past 9pm, over 2 hours since the order was placed and an hour passed estimated delivery time!. Called again to cancel the order who would possibly want to eat cold food over an hour late? . Overall we just never received the order placed and this is unacceptable! The responses were unprofessional and it didn 't seem they knew what they were doing. Terrible service! Will never order from this place again what 's the point they never deliver!"
