"The worst run Panera yet. We went to get take out. Ordered 3 flatbreads. We had to wait for way too long considering there was nobody ahead of us the place was 1/2 empty. Folks behind us left.. The kitchen staff (all male Latinos) were busy but they couldn 't help us. I saw the manager/owner walk through the back. She saw us waiting there. She didn 't realize that I saw her see us. She ignored us. She either runs this Panera the one in Northgate or she 's upgraded to Rowland because the 1st time I had the misfortune of ordering from her was at Northgate; super unpleasant. Anyway, when we got the attention of the young man that was working, yes, just one kid straight out of high school, we know him, he apologized: I 'm a one man show. Eventually he came to us. Good kid, good worker. He even helped us save some . At all this the owner woman sits down at a table. She sees us. Nothing, not even a smile. And the other thing about Panera, what 's with the sides? Chips, baguette or apple? If you order flatbreads you don 't want chips or bread. Most of us can buy our own apples. The flatbreads are consistently good but this time they were slightly undercooked. They forgot to call our name when they were ready. The young man apologized. At all this the owner just sat there, doing nothing to help us."

"Previously, I have always liked Panera Bread, but after this experience I will not be going back for awhile. With only one car in front of me, I waited in the drive-through for over 40 minutes. I pulled right up to the speaker and they said to wait a minute, over 15 minutes later they finally responded to take my order (I would have left, but a car was behind me so I couldn't back out of line). While taking my order the worker was SUPER rude! I only ordered 2 coffees and 2 bagels. I got my order and it was wrong. My coffee was made with milk instead of almond milk and received the wrong cream cheese for bagels. I understand staffing shortages are impacting the restaurant businesses, BUT if those working at least were nice or apologized I would have been able to look past the ridiculous wait time and errors."

"Poor experience overall. Lots of little things that in isolation aren 't that big of a deal, but they added up to a frustrating experience. When it was our turn to order the girl at the register seemed annoyed to have customers. My wife has a dairyallergy so we asked for her food to not have cheese and we asked for it to-go. When we picked up our food it was prepped fordine-in, but the lady behind the counter kindly repacked it for us. Later when we were ready to eat, it turned out that mywife 's order had all the dairy on it and she was unable to eat it, so it appeared that the girl taking orders might have beenhaving an off-day. We didn 't have time to go back to Panera, so we called 4 times over an hour and were never able to getthrough. The line would just hang up after a few minutes of ringing. This was the call to place an order phone number, soperhaps they just didn 't want the business? We were really looking forward to a nice lunch date but it 's pretty disappointingwhen one person can 't have their lunch."

"I first discovered your cranberry and pecan bread at Hannaford's in Bedford. After trying the first loaf, I was hooked. The taste was amazing, especially when toasted. I love that the bread is thickly sliced, allowing you to enjoy more flavor in each bite. I am excited to try more varieties in the future."

"I just got married this past Saturday and wanted to use Hy-Vee for my cupcakes and cake. First off, Setting up a tasting was the most complicated process, we could not get anyone to help us and communication was a nightmare. We live an hour away and drove there 3 times before we finally got to take cake home to try. The first time we went they were too busy and told us to come back on Tuesday at 2:00. I came back on Tuesday at 2:00 and no one was there to help us. We finally were told how the tasting works (they make it up and send you home with it) so they could have made it up for us that Tuesday and left it for us, but they never even asked what we wanted to try. On the 4th trip we were finally able to bring cakes home to taste. When it came time to order, I was told to come in to order and was told anytime before 3:00 pm any day. The day I planned to drive there to order I decided to call first and after being on hold forever, was told they were too busy and to come in during the week before 3. We work full time so that’s not feasible. I asked them if I could just place my order over the phone and was told yes. I ordered 150 cupcakes in 5 different flavors with different fillings and frostings and a small cutting cake. Only 2 of the 5 were made correctly, and the small cutting cake was made correctly as well. The rest they either forgot the filling, or filled ones that should not have been, and put the wrong frosting. I had made up cute chalkboard signs to label each cupcake for my wedding and most of the signs were wrong since the cupcakes were not right. I highly recommend staying away. There’s a reason they are cheap for wedding cakes. They tasted ok but nothing special."

"I got a pumpkin muffin. They are always so moist (hate that word), and they really do a great job getting them cooked to perfection. The bagel is a cinnamon crunch bagel, and the cream cheese is plain. I must say that the cream cheese cost well over the price of the bagel, but I always get it because I don't want to wait to get home to have a few bites. The sandwich is the grilled Mac and cheese sandwich. The chips come as an automatic side option; you can get a piece of a baguette or a pickle instead. My partner likes this sandwich, although it is filled with carbs. He has nothing to worry about in the department, though. If you get this, be prepared to take half home; it is a lot for anyone to handle. He also loves the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich. He gets it with just meat cheese and sauce. The crispy fried onions are not something everyone would enjoy, so I recommend getting them on the side"

"Old school tavern steak house atmosphere with some amazingly good food. The service is always fantastic, their seafood is great! My wife and I love the ipswitch clam bellies and the lobster roll. Their soups are all great too. My wife loves their key lime pie. Portions are small for the price but you can't get good seafood food like this within a hour in any direction of this place. Kid-friendliness: They have kids menu and high chairs Wheelchair accessibility: All flat, no stairs."

"I have nothing but to say good about it! the gentleman who worked the drive thru is one of the most worrying people I've ever met. they love the truthahn chili and the tee I got to help with my neck. do not know the names of the tee I wished to do as it was soothing. the men in the window got it for me when I had ordered a diet. he said I can tell them that they are sick of their vote should get them and he named a tee, I said no, that's okay. he gave me my chili diet then gave me the tee he said, I hope this helps them to get better. I don't know his name or the name of the tees, but he did my night."

"Haven?t been here in a long time and I remember why. Service is horrendous. I ordered Mac and cheese bread bowl. Took 15 minutes (2:00 in the afternoon). Buzzer went off, guy told me to place it down with the rest and didn?t say another word. I sat there for another minute and asked if my order was indeed ready. He said which one is yours? Yea said I am number 48. He says I don?t know the numbers, what did you have? I said Mac and cheese bread bowl. He pushes a plate in front of me and says looks like they gave you the small bread with some Mac. I just said ok and walked away. I was hungry and I didn?t want to raise an argument. The food was cold. The guy was rude to others too. A lady asked him if there were anymore large lids and he said, ?I don?t know, I just got here?. I won?t be back. They need to get a manager that can run this place. It?s bad?.real bad?"

"This is the best Panera I've ever been to! While driving back from Orlando to Louisiana, we wanted to stop for a healthy lunch, and I'm so glad we chose this location. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the sweetest cashier, Heather. The food was excellent, the service was quick, and the restrooms were clean. I noticed customers were enjoying their meals while working on their laptops and sipping coffee. It made me really happy to see! I've heard that people come from the next city just to visit this particular Panera because the others aren't as nice. Everyone who works here deserves a raise! I would rate this experience a perfect 10/10!"

"Today my order was incorrect for a third time, the previous two times including a wrong sandwich and no sandwich. This happens during lunch rush each time. I understand you’re short staffed and are doing your best. Tried calling to speak to someone privately today, but no one picked up the phone. Sorry to leave a bad review in order to communicate. Please ask your kitchen staff to be more mindful. I’d rather wait a little longer and get it right than have to wait twice as long for the correct order. Thanks and love."

"national chain, you know the place. They have big brot and bagels (especially cinnamon crucifixion), fresh salads, sandwiches, suppening, etc. always a good hold for everyone who can drink coffee. next to the soda fountain they also have beautiful tees with different sweetness. they can really control their food choices because everything is labeled with vegan, gluten-free, calorie counting, etc. recently they offer a coffee club subscription that is only $8.99 per month and they can get coffee several times per day. if they live somewhere near a panera or plan to get coffee there at least 1-2 times a week, it is worth it."

"The customer service at this restaurant leaves much to be desired. I found it challenging to place my order because the cashier appeared more concerned with getting my phone number right than efficiently handling my order. It took her five minutes to notice that the number I provided didn’t match any customer in their system. Even though I insisted that I just wanted to place a breakfast order, she kept asking the same question over and over. Meanwhile, the manager seemed disengaged, merely walking back and forth without addressing the issue. It’s surprising that they still manage to attract customers given the poor service. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever encountered."
