"20. January 2022 I ordered 15 chicken wings a stromboli with chicken and a Sicilian pizza. This was my first time in ordering this facility and it will be my last. The chicken wings had more fat and skin when it had meat, and for the Stromboli my girlfriend said it was too salty and it looked sloppy what I saw as they suspected how they look and how for the Sicilian pizza it was too thin, not to look like a Sicilian pizza because I had really Sicilian pizza before, but now too fair the pizza tasted good otherwise. I called back the pizza place and spoke to the young man at the counter who took my order and expressed my dissatisfaction with my order, as I spent $52 for everything I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager, he told me that no one was there, and he would have called me back a female oversight in ten minutes that never happened. I was also not impressed by the interior either nothing in the display case or price menu characters on the walls and no seat tables it had a boring look. I've never seen all customers coming from this facility or going and never heard the phone ring once while I was there before I went with my order. That was a sign that this place was not a good place to eat and it is close to a college campus. I do not recommend this pizza place at all and I recommend you to find another place to eat and spend your money. Tony unsatisfactory customer)"

"This evening, I ordered delivery, and oh my goodness... the food was fantastic! I was pleasantly surprised to find such juicy, ripe red tomatoes on our sandwich, especially at this time of year. When I placed my order, the woman was very attentive and wanted to make sure I got my sandwich just right, even clarifying what a "grunder" was. "1st off I order from Pronto on a regular basis. I order thru Slice app. I can't count how many times the driver has forgotten my soda and I am normally ok with him going back to store and getting it. Tonight they forgot my soda amd my extra blue cheese. I paid for both these things. I had already told the driver about my soda and then realized after he left I was missing the extra blue cheese. I called the store and the gentleman who answered asked someone there and tried to imply that they gave me extra blue cheese. It was definitely not in order. This upset me that someone would act like I'm calling to get an additional blue cheese. I then mentioned my soda being a reoccurring theme and the gentleman made the excuse we are busy and orders get messed up and if I'm dissatisfied I could drive up there and get it. I said no that's why I paid for delivery. What kind of customer service is that? Not only for a regular customer but any customer."

"Once we were seated, we waited about 20 minutes for the waitress—who turned out to be the hostess—to come over and take our drink orders. We then discovered that they were only offering a special Valentine's Day menu, so we selected our meals and placed our orders. After that, we waited an additional 30-45 minutes for our salads to arrive. The salads were mediocre and didn't taste like they had any Caesar dressing, but we were so hungry that we ate most of it anyway. Next, we waited another 30-45 minutes for our appetizers to come out. We had ordered sausage and peppers as well as risotto balls. The risotto balls eventually arrived, but they mistakenly also brought us cheesesteak egg rolls. We informed the staff about the mix-up and requested our sausage and peppers. After another lengthy wait of 30 minutes, our entrées finally arrived. During this wait, one staff member mentioned that our waitress had left and that there was only one person in the kitchen. It turned out the owner hadn’t adequately prepared for the evening. When our entrées arrived, we were somewhat satisfied; the salmon was quite good, although the potatoes were extremely dry, so I pushed those aside. My fiancé ordered the chicken San Remo and enjoyed it for the most part. However, we continued to wait for dessert for another 30 minutes—and we still hadn't received our sausage and pepper appetizer. During this time, we watched the manager offer a family their meal for free because they had been waiting for 2.5 hours without receiving their entrées. Frustrated, my fiancé walked to the front to ask for the check since we didn’t want to wait any longer. We thanked a few staff members who had stepped in to assist. Ultimately, we will never return to this restaurant again. It was a very disappointing experience."

I feel so lucky to have Oreland Pizza just down the road from us! I love their regular cheese pizza, but the mushroom pizza is fantastic too! And, my Mother-in-law loves the veggie pizza! I also love their burgers, turkey club, and French fries, as well. Their food has always been consistently fresh over the years, and the staff have always been nice, too! "Tried Valley Pizza this Friday. Got a large chicken parm pizza. Pie was alright. Chicken was bite sized chunks and seemed like true parm. It was a little tough though. Not real chewy but definitely lacking tenderness. Also felt like there should've been more chicken pieces on the pie. The bottom was moderately toasted. The dough tasted alright. It was pretty floppy and the toppings slid off quite easily. Gotta fold or two hand this one. The cheese tasted pretty average. Sauce was nice and sweet. Parm cheese was pretty good but could only taste it ona few bites. Too floppy and needs more chicken. 5.7/10. Also tried a personal pie. Sauce was spread real thin and it had a nice cheese layer. But can't say anything was exceptional. Well executed basics. 6/10."

"I had been turned off by a few people because I LOVE prime rib. I had just heard great things about the restaurant. Unfortunately the whole experience was disappointing for us. We had reserved at the open table and requested a stand. When we got there the hostess did not confirm our reservation when we told her we booked them online and still got us to a table. She was our waitress and was pretty good. The drinks were well made but small for the price. We ordered the prime rib. I got the girls cut and my husband got the kings cut which is about a $ 20 price difference. When they came out, they were exactly the smaller portion I ordered in length and thickness. We ordered medium rarity (which it came off like), but it had no flavor and was extremely tough. If there's one thing I love almost as much as prime rib, it's ranch dressing. It was chunky and tasted terrible. (and no, it wasn't blue cheese) To get our USD 100 bill at the end of our meal, we were both utterly disappointed with the entire meal. The quality did not reflect the cost."

"Went here the other night for a dinner date night and overall the food was delicious! We ordered the fresh burrata cheese appetizer which was our favorite. The sauce for my chicken parmesan entree was a little too watery although the breading was perfect. My wife enjoyed her entree as well. Staff was helpful but it was hard to figure out who our main server was if we needed something. The hostess who seated us noticed that we didn 't have our drinks refilled for a while and brought them over around the same time as our original server finally noticed and brought refills. I don 't mind having double drinks but it felt like communication between the staff wasn 't very good... again it could have been a busy night. One thing I was disappointed about was the atmosphere and music. Thought it was going to be a bit more romantic especially with the Italian decor but turned out to be a classic rock radio station night instead. Don 't get me wrong, I love classic rock (we even sang along to some of the songs) but after dressing up formally for a romantic dinner date night and going to a place called Little Italy , my wife said it best: a little Frank Sinatra would go a long way We went to the movies later and made out so I guess we didn 't need Frank anyways"
