"Service does have its issues as some people stated in reviews below. Service isn't the best and not all the same each time . Short staffed, takes long time to take down our order or come back to refill drinks . But I can say once our breakfast arrives , it's delicious and tasty and you forget all about anything else. Food is consistent each time as I usually get breakfast items as it should be when ordering from Denny's as it's known for. Lumberjack Slam is the best and sampler platter with cheese sticks and onion rings are delicious and best I've tasted against other places . I also noticed past few times. 1 side is always packed , and the other side is closed and empty, for employees to eat ? I'm not sure but would help if they open up both sides since they keep 1 side full of people with no masks, that I usually opt to take my food to go, Still , to go is pretty quick and maybe other empty side can be a waiting area then for a table to free up on other side?"

"I visited the restaurant and seated myself before placing my order. Unfortunately, my experience with the waitress, Britney, was very disappointing. She rushed off every time I needed assistance, and I eventually had to go to the counter to get my own food because she completely ignored me. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect, and the food was cold and sloppily prepared. The service and the quality of the food are both lacking. I recommend that the restaurant improves its staff; otherwise, they risk losing their customers."

"When it finally did, my son's omelette was incorrect, and while it was being remade, my two eggs sat under a heater and got cold. Unfortunately, they still brought them to me, so I had to send them back. The second attempt at my eggs resulted in them being fried until they were rock-hard. I informed the waitress that I wouldn’t eat them and refused to pay for them as well. Instead of taking accountability, she went to talk to the manager. He didn't come over to apologize or try to rectify the situation; instead, he instructed her to take all the food away and present me with my son’s bill. To make matters worse, when I went to the register to pay and waited for him to address the issue—considering it was off-peak hours, so the place wasn’t busy—he had the nerve to ask if our meal was okay and if I wanted to leave a tip on the receipt. Seriously? This manager was completely unqualified for his position, and it's clear that a better establishment would never have hired him. It leads me to the conclusion that Denny's is a subpar restaurant. Save yourself the trouble and either opt for Cracker Barrel or just cook at home."

"Came in ordered Togo, moons over my ammie sandwich with French fries, no Swiss sub cheddar, and build your own omelet sub red potatoes instead of hasbrowns. Sandwich in box looked like they tossed the box b4 calling the server, had Swiss cheese (you could see the white cheese with the hole in it) Server said that they put in extra hashbrowns cause they put the wrong potatoes in box. But the cheese, Sent it back to kitchen, it came back and I was told it was white cheddar, I opened it and pinched off a piece n tasted it, yuck sour Swiss, sent it back again and requested it please be switched to cheddar. About 8 minutes later it came back out switched to cheddar. When we were a few miles down the road I looked at the receipt, totally over charged. To the Dennys management, please train your staff, to ring customers bills correctly and the difference in white cheddar and Swiss and do not argue with customers, it's bad for business and spreads the bad attitude with everyone."

"Food was just average but customer service was horrible. Waited almost 10 minutes for the 2 of us to get seated even though there was nobody ahead of us. Nobody even acknowledged we were there. Then about 30 minutes to get our food. Only good thing was the food was hot. This was on a Saturday night about 10:30 and was only about 1/2 full. Only went because the place we wanted to go was closed. A good ace to go when there's nowhere else"

"We walked in and were seen but were not acknowledged by host or wait staff. We were a party of five. Another party of five walked in and were immediately taken to be seated. A single man walked in and was acknowledged and told that they only had 2 servers and the wait for a party of five would be 40 minutes. He said he only had 2 in his party and they told him the wait would be 20 minutes and he could sign in for a wait list. I asked if the table he had just sat had been signed in on the wait list and THEN the host acknowledged me and said No and then asked if we wanted to sign in. No, no thank you. We'll take our business elsewhere."
