"yakitori always makes fun and it's pretty tasty at momo. the problem is only too expensive. they removed the option to order most sticks a la cart, and instead they make a lot of 5 sticks for 20ish bucks order. that is 4 dollar a stock! for two of us to get a cocktail each and only enough food to be full was 70 dollar per person (including tipp). that's too much money for yakitori. they also lack a Japanese macro drafts such as asahi or sapporo; that seems like a must-have companion to yakitori! the appetizers, at 4 pieces, were more favorable, and the tomats in that were really great. I always see that they post about Japanese snacks and bar foods that they have provided in the bar below (e.g. onigiri, yakisoba), but we said they were only in the bar when we were there on a Friday night. if they start to have bar food more consistent, I would come back for drinks and snacks, but I don't see myself coming back for the overpriced yakitori, as delicious as it was."
