"Horrible experience. Ordered around 9pm on uber eats for my wife who just gave birth. The restaurant had it preparing for over an hour. I called and nicely asked if they were still preparing the order they said they 'd been done for a while and were waiting for a driver. I told her that they have to switch from Preparing to ready so that an Uber driver can be connected with them and after much back and forth, the lady on the phone did not want to understand this/did not want to do it. After waiting over an hour and 15, we had to cancel the order because there would not have been any other way of getting the food. From this experience, I would never step foot/order from this place again."

"Picnic serves the freshest sushi around! The owners are absolutely fantastic—super accommodating and friendly. We catered from Picnic for my son's first birthday because he loved their food so much. They even made the sushi rolls just the right size for his little mouth, and everyone was impressed by the spread we had. Now, at 7.5 years old, Picnic continues to be his favorite restaurant. The salmon is so delicious that my 3-year-old daughter can't resist stealing pieces right off my plate! I also recently discovered their takoyaki, which I enjoyed all to myself!"

"My son and I love, love and love this place!!! We were so stuffed and satisfied that we decided to take my parents on our next visit!! Very reasonably priced and the food is delicious ?? They always serve us at a reasonable timeframe, well people also should be considerate when it comes to the waiting time depending on the seat availability. This will definitely be our new Sushi place!! Staff is extremely patient and nice! Food is delicious and I mean all of their food!! We especially love the ? OH MY GOD? ? I will not go into detail , just know it?s some savory sushi ?!!! And a cute surprise as it comes out!!! Enjoy???"

"My Order was placed for delivery and I was provided a tracker as to when it will be delivered and updated along the way as to the progress. I'm then notified after 45 mins of waiting the order cancelled by text, and the restaurant was now closed. Of course I called and no answer. Unacceptable and terrible customer experience. My first order, and now my last order at this restaurant."
