"I ordered delivery through their website but never received my order or any communication beyond the initial confirmation email. I placed my order at 7:07 PM, and the email estimated a 45-minute delivery time. By 8:45 PM, I still hadn't received a delivery, a phone call, or any follow-up email. I tried calling the restaurant twice, but no one picked up; my call just rang until an automated message informed me that the call couldn't be completed. I plan to call again tomorrow to speak with a manager about getting a refund, or I will dispute the charge with my credit card company once it posts. If I could give zero stars, I would. Unless something truly catastrophic happened at the restaurant, there’s no excuse for this level of service. I wouldn't recommend supporting a business that doesn’t take care of its customers."
