"Worst restaurant breakfast I've ever had. I had the country fried steak tasted like everything was frozen pre made from the patty to the hash browns. It was very fast probably because they just had to microwave everything. For all the reviews saying this is good need to really try a fresh made from scratch place because this was nothing close to that"

"Probably my favorite brekky joint in STL. Depending on your luck or timing, the wait time at the Shack Frontenac can be crazy but it is well worth the wait. It is a very funky place with literally writing on all the walls and ceiling. The staff is always friendly and the food is always great. They have awesome menu item names, very unique. "This was the first trip to Shack for my husband and I. We were quite pleased! The menu is pretty extensive and there are several options we were both interested in trying. We got right in at around 9am and had prompt and friendly service from Jadah. Food was delivered quickly and was really tasty. Jadah continued to be attentive to our needs throughout the meal. Overall very positive experience! We will definitely be back to try more menu offerings!"

"I have enjoyed Shacks and was happy to see another location, but quickly disappointed. Their omelet with steak (a very thin tiny amount) had a very bland melted cheese and a strange liquid coming out. To wash it down I had a coffee, which ended up being too light. The pancake was completely hard and cold (notice, the butter had remained solid). The service was okay and took a little off the total for the pancake."

"The food is amazing, never disappoints! The service seems to have gone down hill a bit. We checked in online and did not have to wait for a table very long. However, it did take our server a bit to get to us, I think they were just super busy. We did not get all of our food, and we were over charged.
