"A bartender with a side braid approached us and informed us, "Just so you know, those seats are saved." It seemed unwise to hold seats on such a busy day when space was limited. We told her we just wanted to sit while waiting for our food, and if the guys came back, we would gladly move. She rolled her eyes and walked away.
Eventually, the men returned, and the bartender greeted them enthusiastically, instantly becoming flirty as they took their seats. Meanwhile, we ended up standing near the restroom, munching on mediocre pretzel bites on top of a barrel, watching the bartender cozy up to those guys over their water. Frustrated, we decided to cash out and take our business elsewhere."
