"By far, this was my favorite restaurant while on this trip. It was a Monday, and my brother Dominic insisted on one more restaurant before I flew back to Tampa Bay, Florida. He wouldn't take no for an answer, and I decided to entertain the idea; I would go along and only have a salad appetizer because I was not hungry from lunch earlier in the day. Upon arriving, the restaurant was almost complete, which was an odd experience. Typically, Mondays are slow when going out for dinner. As we walked in, the smells were out of this world. After meeting Giovanni, the owner, with his Italian accent and the restaurant atmosphere, I felt like I was in a small town in Italy. We had a fantastic appetizer: Grigliata (Grilled), Octopus, Seppie (cuttlefish), Calamari Prawns served over Rapini Tuscan Beans. And for dinner, I ordered Cavatelli Adriatico Frutti di Mare: Homemade Cavatelli tossed with Cherry Tomatoes, Clams, Shrimp, and Mussels in a Garlic White Wine Tomato Sauce. Although I had to take most of it back home with me, it would be tough to overcome the taste buds of this place."
