"Great food and great service ! The atmosphere was amazing and perfect for a date night. The sushi and ramen were really good as well as our wine. Food came out pretty quickly and was quality. We made a reservation but on a friday night around 5, we probably didn’t need one it wasn’t super crowded. Would recommend making a reservation during popular dinner times on the weekend."

"I've been eating there for about 10 years, maybe more. The ramen is amazing and better than anywhere else I've tried. The noodles are just the best, and the broth is rich and complex. Service is always good. The prices are comparable to other ramen places. I would love to see a few more appetizer options. The place itself is super laid back and could frankly use a little decor besides the sort of bomb shelter look they've had since they opened. It's always clean, the staff is efficient and friendly, and most importantly, the food is fantastic. They do a busy dine in busines, but take out is always available, too."

"I had a wonderful experience at this ramen spot. The ramen was truly delicious and tasted authentic, unlike many other places I've tried. The atmosphere was really cool, giving it the vibe of a laid-back ramen bar—definitely a hidden gem filled with amazing flavors. The portion sizes were generous, even for takeout, and the prices were quite reasonable as well. The customer service was excellent, which added to the overall experience. I will definitely come back the next time we're in the area. For meals, I highly recommend the Black Tonkotsu Ramen and Pork Gyoza. Overall, I give it a perfect score: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5."

"This is one of the less commercial ramen place we went and it was run by a chef and a waitress. We ordered the pork rib ramen and a charsiu rice add-on for an extra $4.The pork rib ramen came with 2 huge ribs, generous portion of bamboo shoots and corns. The broth is somewhat the lighter (and probably healthier) version of what you get in Japan or in Singapore. Less salty and oily and thus less flavourful. And this is fine by me as I will usually order the lighter version broth in places that offer both options. The noodles were cooked on point and still springy even when I am down to the end of my bowl.The service was what wrapped up the wholesome experience. She was extremely nice and even offered recommendation when we were worried if ordering 2 ramens were too much for us small eater. Hence, we went with her recommendation and went with a ramen and an add-on rice.Come to this place if u want a dining experience that resonates with dining in small eateries in suburbs Japan. Come to this place if your preference for ramen is the less savory and oily version.If you prefer your ramen to be more savory, I'm sure the chef can make it on your request."

"Before I say anything in review, I was invited to this resturant in the premise of wonderful raved from a person thru her co-worker, this person too was disappointed and let her coworkers know. So we sat ourselves upon the host/server request. A phone call was then taken and we sat at our tables thumbs twirling for about 5 minutes awkwardly. No menus, no scan bar code, no water. 1 other table was prior sat to us entering and to go orders came in and out 2 to 4 what I counted. Another couple came and sat 1 table over from us. We ordered and my person was so excited to get Ramen and I was along for sushi (not a very big selection). Well, straight to it. The Ramen was terrible per my invitee and she was so disappointed she didn't even finish half and when asked for a Togo box she flat out said No. I felt bad as I ordered 3 rolls and I couldn't even finish 1, normally I can take out at least 6 rolls alone anywhere at sit down sushi. The taste of the sushi was off and the ginger is not the best. I'm not sure what happend but I ended up only eating 2 to 3 pieces from each roll and didn't even finish my Ashai beer. *fun fact they don't carry Siracha here only like some spice and oil stuff. All in all I won't knock the 1 girl answering phones, serving etc. 2 cooks 1 bus boy from what i saw. This place yes has some great reviews and this is just my review. I won't be returning, but I'm not saying you shouldn't try it for yourself. Others may have a different experience or opinion."

"Went in there expecting to get vegetarian ramen. Ordered and there was no broth in the ramen. We didnt realize that is what it said it on the menu (brothless), but you need to have a vegetable broth/vegetarian version of Ramen. When I told the waiter we wanted broth in the Ramen he said there is not vegetarian version of broth. For vegetarian it was overpriced salad for $16.50. Also the waiter mentioned that people who order vegetarian, always think it comes with broth. If this is the case, then offer a vegetarian broth version. My daughter who eats chicken asked if they could just add some chicken broth to her bowl. Waiter said that would be an additional $8! $24 bucks for a bowl of ramen! No thank you!Fries were not worth $5.50. Very little fries given and tasted ok with one tablespoon of ketchup.Vegetarian options: Not any vegetarian but a brothless ramen salad. Taste was ok the seaweed smell was too strong, and we had to toss that portion in a napkin."
