"We went for Valentines and made a reservation beforehand for 10 PM there were others before us not sure if they made reservations or not but we were all put on the same list. That took a little bit of time. We knew it was going to be full since it’s Valentines but we waited over 25 minutes for a server to go to our table to even ask if we wanted water or anything. And then our food took a long while to get to us when we didn’t order much. Again we knew it was valentines but even the server said she didn’t know what was going on with the kitchen since they were taking a lot longer than usual. I guess they just need to prepare better or be organized when it’s a going to be a busy day? I’m not too bothered since it was valentines but it could’ve gone a lot smoother"

"Walked in on a rainy day and had a great little try out. Ordered a salmon cream cheese roll to start and although the size of the roll was a bit large it was very good. I decided to wait on the omakase (will get it next time for sure) as I wanted to investigate how the sushi a la carte would be. It did not disappoint. Ordered a salmon and scallop sushi and had gotten a suggestion from the waiter for the king salmon and it was a great suggestion. All in all good spot! Will be back for the omakase … – show"
