If your deli and sushi spot do not include or serve raw scallop or uni or toro in the regular sashimi or sushi set, come to Sushi 35 West and you will never go back to those sushi take-out places. All the reasons the shop is on the second floor and take-out only reflect on the quality of fish and rice, and yes, wasabi (none of those fake wasabi). Yes, this is the kind of IYKYK spot. Right, you got a brown take-out bag.
