"The end of an era. The Brew Kettle used to have great food items that weren't available any where else: Pulled pork spaghetti, Chicken Parmacue, 6 way chili to name a few. Everything was a step above other bar /restaurants. New menu is so similar to other bars/restaurants it could be interchangeable with a dozen others. A bit retro too, come on how long have Brussels Sprouts been trendy? Nothing new or cutting edge. No comfort food items. The Buffalo Chicken dip was tasty with pita chips instead of corn chips. The Barbecue Mac and Cheese lacked barbecue sauce and serving size was small. Beer had no collar d/t glasses being greasy. Service is still excellent with friendly and accommodating staff. Upgrades to booths new barstools flooring are nice. Kinda of miss the Brew Kettle gopher. The elephant logo is a bit confusing. Sad to see another clone bar in Strongsville."

"DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! TOTAL SCAM! Ordered an advertised bottle of Laphropaig 25 year for same day pick up. Called to arrange pick up and I am told they have an inventory issue and don 't have the bottle they fully charged me for. I ask for a refund and was told I would receive one. Two days later still no refund. I call back and am told more lies about how the Manager must have forgotten to refund my $400 charge. It has now been over two weeks since I last called and still no refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. They FALSELY ADVERTISE merchandise at attractive prices knowing they do not have them inventory and after they have charged you they REFUSE to return your money. TOTAL SCAM! RUN FAR AWAY from this place. There are much more reputable places you can spend your money at. I would give them ZERO stars if possible."
