"Our first experience at Garibaldi Mexican Bistro was outstanding! We were warmly welcomed upon arrival by a friendly hostess, and despite the unconventional location inside a gas station, the atmosphere was lively and inviting. The menu offered unique twists on traditional ingredients, and I am eager to return soon. I tried the Queka, a large oval-shaped Corn Masa similar to a Tortilla, filled with Chicharron cooked in Salsa Raja, Queso Fresca, and epazote, topped with fresh Pico De Gallo. There are various meat and vegetable options available for fillings, including dishes featuring Nopales and selections for children. My dining companion had 2 Chili Rellenos made with Egg Whites and smothered in green chili, praising the perfectly cooked Poblano Peppers that remained crunchy. She also enjoyed the well-prepared rice and beans, accompanied by three corn or flour tortillas. I can't wait to return! Although they do not serve alcohol, they offer a wide range of beverage options."
